Refund Policy

At Emergence by KWEST, we are committed to providing meaningful programs, coaching, resources, and experiences designed to support personal and professional growth. We value every client and participant and strive to deliver high-quality services and offerings.

Refund Eligibility

Due to the nature of coaching, consulting, memberships, workshops, digital resources, and other service-based offerings, refunds are generally not provided once services have been rendered or digital products have been accessed.

Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:

  • A duplicate payment was processed due to a technical error or system malfunction.

  • A participant was charged incorrectly due to a verified billing error.

  • An event, program, or service is canceled by Emergence by KWEST and cannot be rescheduled.

 

Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the original transaction date.

Coaching & Consulting Services

All coaching and consulting fees are non-refundable once a session has taken place.

If you are unable to attend a scheduled session, please provide at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule. Sessions missed without proper notice may be forfeited and are not eligible for a refund.

Memberships & Subscription Services

Membership fees, subscription payments, and community access fees are non-refundable. Members may cancel future recurring payments at any time; however, no refunds will be issued for previous payments already processed.

Access to membership content and community resources will continue through the end of the current billing cycle unless otherwise stated.

Workshops, Events & Programs

Registration fees for workshops, events, and programs are generally non-refundable.

If you are unable to attend, you may request to transfer your registration to a future event or another participant, subject to approval by Emergence by KWEST.

​

If Emergence by KWEST cancels an event or program, participants will be offered either:

  • A full refund, or

  • The option to transfer registration to a future offering.

Digital Products & Downloadable Resources

Due to the immediate access and downloadable nature of digital products, all sales of digital resources, guides, templates, assessments, and downloadable materials are final and non-refundable.

Refund Review & Processing

Once a refund request is received, we will review and verify the transaction. Emergence by KWEST reserves the right to determine whether a billing or technical error occurred.

If a refund is approved:

  • You will be notified of the approval.

  • The refund will be issued to the original method of payment.

  • Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.

 

If a refund is not approved, you will be notified accordingly.

Refund Limitations

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Change of mind after purchase

  • Failure to attend a scheduled session, event, or program

  • Lack of participation in a membership or coaching program

  • Dissatisfaction based on personal outcomes or results

  • Digital products or downloadable resources already accessed

  • Requests submitted outside of the refund eligibility period

 

Emergence by KWEST reserves the right to deny refund requests that do not meet the criteria outlined in this policy.
