Coaching, Consulting, and Community for Life's Transitions

ABOUT
Dr. Kristen K.
Williams Everly
FOUNDER OF EMERGENCE BY KWEST
A professional ecosystem focused on supporting individuals through life transitions, identity development, and personal and professional growth across the lifespan.
Her Journey
She holds a Ph.D. in Educational Psychology and Human Growth and Development, and has nearly 20 years of experience teaching, mentoring, and working with college students in higher education settings. Her early career centered on helping young adults navigate academic, developmental, and early identity transitions during emerging adulthood.
Over time, her work expanded beyond the classroom as she became increasingly drawn to the broader, less spoken-about transitions that occur later in life—particularly during midlife. This personal and professional shift led her to pursue clinical training through a Master of Social Work, with a focus on expanding her ability to support individuals more directly through periods of emotional, psychological, and identity-based change.
Her own lived experience with life transitions has also shaped her work, deepening her understanding of how disorienting and transformative these periods can be. This combination of academic expertise, clinical development, and personal insight inspired the creation of Emergence by KWEST as a structured space for clarity, support, and intentional change.
Across her work, Kristen focuses on helping people make sense of transition—whether in career, education, relationships, or identity—and build practical pathways forward that feel grounded, aligned, and sustainable.

Why I Created Emergence by KWEST
It is a professional ecosystem designed to support individuals as they move through transition, uncertainty, and growth across every stage of life.
Whether through career development, educational planning, midlife support, workforce consulting, or identity exploration, my goal is to help individuals build pathways that feel aligned, grounded, and sustainable.
This work is not about having all the answers.
It is about creating space for reflection, gaining clarity about what comes next, and moving forward with intention.
